Lorraine is amazing. We booked the trip from LAX to Marco Polo (Venice Italy) for next year and so far there have been no hiccups. She is great with communication. Give her a raise!

Miller was wonderful . I originally had my flight to Portugal but there was a change of plans and Miller helped to navigate thru and switched my flights ro Brazil . He got me first flights with British airways for a much cheaper price than any other platform could give me . I was bummed I couldn’t flight with British business class but after all I had. Great experience login with AA. one thing I advice is to always get the insurance . Otherwise I wouldn’t a e bale to get full credit for my orginal flight . Miler worked so hard late evenings , all day everyone I called him he answered right away to get the best customer service ! From now on I’ll only book tickets with thin
