Great people to deal with! There's always somebody available, either on the phone or via email. When we had a little shipping damage on our brand-new Broil King Signet 320 grill, I emailed them pictures, and Ryan, the owner, himself jumped in helping and he added 3 more people to the email group! Robert, Danielle, and Debbie, and one of them always answered quickly. Got my replacement parts for free (as expected) - took a couple of weeks, but I told them upfront that I would not have a problem even if they showed up in 4 weeks. So all good! This team provided me with the best price available from my research, the 38” Napolean grill, almost $1k less than I could find anywhere else. There was a long lead time on receiving it but they updated me all along the way. Upon receiving the grill there were scratches on the hood from the manufacturer but bbqgrills.com shipped me a new hood immediately. So far great service.

My outdoor kitchen turned out amazing. I purchased the DIY framing kits, door cutouts, screws, and the heavy duty leveling feet. As I was building on a sloped patio, the leveling feet worked perfect and made it simple. This was my first time working with steel tubes, and the process of screwing the tubes together was easy. I did use an old mitre saw wood blade to cut some of the tubes and that worked just fine. I only needed to cut as I had one section I was building that was more narrow than the standard. Cement board attached securely to the tubes using their screws. I have it topped with a heave slab of granite and I have no concerns with this holding up over time. I would 100% use this for my next build.
