Never received the grill that I paid for. BBQGrills.com sold me a smoker for $500+ in November 2023. They charged my credit card on the day of the sale and they did not indicate on my order that the product was on back order. I never recieved a shipping notice or any other form of communication from them other than my original order confirmation, so I checked every single month for a shipping date. Finally in April 2024 they when I checked my order status, their web site said it would ship in 10-14 days. It never did. Then I tried calling but they never ever ever answer their customer service phone, so I had to email them 3x over 2 weeks, to get someone to respond. Then they told me they cannot fullfill my order and they would refund my credit card. They hold my $500+ in funds for 6 months and that was it. No product and 6 months worth of interest charged to my credit card. Cost me $55 in credit card interest and nothing in return.

I purchased two items based on their claim that they will ship within 24-72 hours from date purchase. After the 5th day and no shipping communication, I called them to find out the status. I was told that they likely had shipped out, but could not provide the tracking numbers and couldn't tell me anything else. I called the 6th day, and got the same response, I called the 7th day, - same response. It's now the 8th day and nothing! They essentially lie on their website and there customers reps are no help.

I saw the order for a napoleon online and then I called to make sure they had them in stock cause they were listed at 899. On their website and unless that ships within 24 to 72 hours when I was speaking to Ryan on the phone, he told me that it was coming off the truck and that it would go out within the next 24 hours and that was on Friday so I called him on Tuesday and then I spoke to a woman on the phone and she told me that I would get a tracking number by Thursday the latest. So then I get an email at 6 PM today. Tell me that they’re on two weeks backwards so I don’t did they lie about it coming off of the truck they also lied about when it would ship. They said that it was in stock. I recommend you avoid this company at all cost and deal with another company 

We ordered a fire pit with "expedited delivery" on line assuming it would be shipped within the 24-72 hour time frame indicated on its website. A week later after getting no notice of shipping, we called and left a VM plus sent an email. After not getting any response, we continued to call on speed dial and finally got "Danielle" on the line. She said that she would contact the warehouse and get back to us within the hour. After 6 hours, we called again numerous times and finally got "Debbie" who informed us that this was a "special order" that would take 4-6 weeks before delivery could be made. There was no indication on the website that this was a "special order" item. We have tried nearly 40 times to reach them to discuss the order and perhaps cancel the order, but there has been no answer (perhaps they recognize my number through Caller ID). I will give them one more day before I contact my credit card company to file a disputed charge.

Told us items were in stock and available to ship. We built the BBQ area to spec and months later they tell us it is not available and offers alternatives. We already have parts of this set installed and ordered the remaining pieces from them. The assured us several times the order will ship within weeks. Its been 7 months now and they finally tell us its not available.

I placed an order on April 21, 2024, and my card was immediately charged by a company called Malt & B, Inc. In the past seven days, BBQGrills.com has not returned a single phone call or email regarding the status of my order. I have been unable to establish a single point of contact with the company. Their website says the order will ship within 24 to 72 hours, but that is simply not the case. The fact that no one will answer the phone and no one returns voicemails or emails should be a huge red flag. I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. BBQGrills clearly appears to be a scam of a company.

I ordered a grill on April 21, 2024 based on promised shipment within 24-72 hours from order which did not happen. My credit card was charged immediately without a shipment. Almost a week later the website continues to indicate the order is being processed. I have called numerous times only to hear all agents are busy. I sent a web page order status inquiry and then two emails requesting my order be cancelled all without receiving a response. I would recommend avoiding purchasing anything from bbqgrills.com as it appears to be a scam.

They are not telling the truth about shipping within 24 to 72 hours, I order a Halo Flat top, they are 2 days behind the 72 hours and they have refused to issue a credit or issue a tracking number, these people are unprofessional, dishonest and DO NOT have the HALO FLAT TOP IN STOCK as stated on the website, they issued a credit only after I had contact Halo direct, plus they held my money for over 10 days trying to say they were waiting on the warehouse to confirm the ship date and tracking number all Bull S--T, again stay away from Company that can not ship within 48 hours they are using your money to pay there bills until they can't provide products, and do not have products in stock as stated. The website stated IN STOCK not true or else they would have shipped within 48 hours and provide a tracking number
