I've spent the past two months trying to get a refund for a grill I never received and cancelled within five days of ordering. This company is a scam. Please don't order from them. I filed a BBB claim two weeks ago and they responded that they weren't able to get any response from them. Imagine that? They actually don't care if they have a BBB complaint on their file. They asked that I contact the California Attorney General's Office and file in the Small Claims Court...of course, I did both. Buyer beware!

I Placed an order on December 23, 2024, my money was taken quickly and the site said "processing, 7-10 business days for delivery", but nothing was ever delivered. I've never received a response from them to my numerous emails and calls. Shame on you BBQgrills!

Horrible company. Ordered 2 grills that said they had then said they were discontinued. Have been waiting 1 month for a refund of $2800. Owner Ryan Maltbie said he was unable to refund my card. That I had to ask my bank to do 2 charges backs. I did. My bank sent it and then he refused them both. He is a terrible person and does not care who he steals from. He still has the grills for sale on his website.

I ordered a Weber grill. It was never sent to me. No one would answer my emails or calls. They eventually got back to me and told Me it shipped. Turns out it never it. It’s now been three months, never got the grill, and they have not refunded my money despite calling and emailing multiple times. I’ve of course contacted my credit card to report fraud. Do not sue this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- unless you like to be charged for items you will not receive. I ordered a grill on Dec 1st and the company promptly charged my account on Dec 2. I received an emailed receipt and "customer service contact information" and then I never heard from them or received my order, despite the site claiming that the items were "in stock and ready to ship in 10-14 days." My calls and emails were never answered, so I had to dispute the charges after not receiving either the products or a call back in a month and 1/2's time. I wish that I would have done more research before trusting that this company was legitimate. The company also has an instagram but the comments are disabled - can't imagine why /s.

The worst, yes these people are thieves. Listen to the real reviews here that tell you this company is either disorganized or dishonest, you decide. When buying a 1kgrill, both disorganized or dishonest doesn’t work for anybody. We ordered in early December, got the big untrue run around about shipping and we cancelled the order, and now got the email that they are swamped and working on credits/refunds and still waiting for a reply. I filed a dispute with visa after that email and now awaiting an official credit since they give you a temporary credit while researching Don’t wait for them to give you a timely credit. I love how all these emails they send gives me a paper trail of each and every lie they made . Was told grill would ship the next business day. It has been 12. Nobody answers the phone and email support is slow. Do not do business with this fly by night outfit. I'm protesting my credit card charge.

I order a grill on Dec 12th, stated it would be shipped 7-10business days. Now it says it is out of stock. My card got charged, i have called SEVERAL times.. i have email SEVERAL time. NOT A SINGLE ANSWER! I know its busy season but I mean it hard earned money we decide to spend w them. SO UPSETTING, thinking of filing a dispute.
