DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. Ordered Masterbuilt gravity fed smoker/grill as this place was like $300 lower than anyone else. They looked like a legit company. Because of the lower price I even spent the extra $100 for quick service. Was supposed to ship in 4-7 days. After a week the order status still showed being prepped for shipment. Then after about ten days I sent a message through their system and never received a response. So tried to call and the line would just keep ringing. Spent another week of calling and sending messages. Nothing. And order status stayed the same. Then decided to do a bit more research and saw the very negative reviews about their total lack of customer service and how many people never got their orders or got them months later or often damaged. So I filed a case with my credit card company which immediately reversed the charge off my account while they did an investigation. Just yesterday (July 18th 2025) my CC company advised that the case was closed and the charge reversal was permanent. Hopefully someone will read this review before they spend $1700 for a product they’ll never get. Or if you did buy something and you’re not getting it and can’t get through to their customer service (which they don’t have) - stop trying with this company and report the issue to your CC company so they can reverse the charges. Then buy what you wanted from a more reputable company.

I purchased a grill on 6/17, and now a month later I have not received the product or any estimated delivery time. I was eventually able to reach customer service but was not given any answers, only that the "warehouse was backed up." I have also seen multiple other complaints claiming the same thing so at this point I believe the website to be a scam.

We purchased a rectangle firepit table in May 2025. We received a defective base and requested a replacement. A replacement base was shipped, but is was incorrect -- a square (not a rectangle) so we were unable to use. This process took 6 weeks. Frustrated and having missed several opportunities to use & enjoy the table, my husband located an iron worker who repaired the defective (original) base. We have requested that the incorrect base be picked up. It's brand new and still in the original packaging. We also asked for a credit for the costs we incurred with the metal work ($100). Over a two week period of unreturned phone calls and emails, BBQGrills appears to have gone "dark". Leaving us to incur additional costs to dispose of a perfectly good base. After 2 months of extreme frustration and disappointment, we would definitely not recommend BBQGrills.

Total scam. I don't know who it was that received anything because everything I've read everyone's gotten ripped off I'm assuming owners of this scam center as well as friends of these scammers put in fake reviews. I received nothing tried to contact them got nothing back.

I ordered a grill from this company in early June, with a promised shipping timeframe of 5–7 business days. It’s now been over seven weeks, and I still haven’t received my $1,400 grill—or even a firm update on when it will ship. I reached out to customer service a couple of weeks ago and was told the warehouse was 3–4 weeks behind. That time has come and gone, and I’ve heard nothing since. My credit card was charged immediately, yet I have no product, no real communication, and no resolution. This is one of the most frustrating online purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. If you’re considering ordering from here, think twice—especially if you expect timely delivery or any level of customer service.

Another customer duped by the great reviews on their website. I placed an order on 6/11, that showed in stock and ready to ship, however, there was no response until several days later. On 6/18 I requested cancellation, since the order was not going to arrive in time, and only got a response after I repeatedly requested confirmation of the cancellation on 6/20. I was told it would be processes ASAP. It’s 7/16 and the company has yet to return my multiple emails or issue a refund. I’ve submitted a claim with the credit card company.

To keep it short, placed order, in stock 5-7 days. No order shipped, no response from company on delay. No email replies or returned phone calls when asked about order. Did finally get someone to answer phone, told warehouse would send tracking info, again no response. Emailed to cancel, no response, can’t go through their contact form, have to email support @ or sales @. Got response from both order cancelled, receive refund 5-7 days, replied to one saying order was supposed to be shipped in 5-7 days, but that didn’t happen, want refund asap otherwise will be contacting BBB and FTC. Within an hour received refund processed form. Gave it a couple days, called cc company refund issued. I have no idea how this company received any good reviews especially resent ones figuring maybe they were good at one time, but not any more. Another review sites, no good reviews, people calling BBQgrills a fraudulent company and I tend to agree. Oh, one more thing. Their website shows all 5 star reviews, so that tells you something, they’re either fake or they choose not to show any bad ones? Plus I don’t even see were I could leave a review with them?

I would rate my experience as zero stars but not an option. This company is NOT who they say they are. I have spent over $$4000 with them and can’t even get them to return my emails (including to the CEO) and phone calls trying to get resolution to a Kamado Joe purchase I made in December 2024. I ordered and paid for a grill, a griddle and a Kamado Joe smoker in December. I was building a new home and asked them to defer shipping until March. They agreed but when I asked for the merchandise to be shipped in March they shipped the grill and griddle but not the Kamado. I have been trying to get the final shipment since then and the past month they have been giving me the runaround and now not taking my calls or responding to my voicemails and emails. I just want the products I have paid for!! Because of my horrible experience with BBQGrills, last week I ordered $4000 in cabinets, doors and a power burner for my outdoor kitchen from BBQGuys.com and received ALL of my merchandise within 5 days!!! I regret ever doing business with BBQGrills.com and would recommend anyone purchasing products for their outdoor kitchen to buy product elsewhere!! BBQGrills is either a scam or they are totally incompetent.
