As soon as my order went in Briana proactively sent me an email introducing herself and letting me know she would be available should i have any questions. I did have a discount code that i couldn't find a place to enter during the order process so i inquired about it. Briana was quick to respond and apply a credit for the discount. I also asked some questions about shipping and the were great at being responsive and helpful. Even down to the shipping. When it arrived the drive called ahead to make sure i was going to be there, then let me know again 5 minutes before he arrived, and finally he helped me carry the grill to the back of the house to the outdoor kitchen. Great service all around!

Ordering was straight forward and not complicated. New Prism Fire Pit looks great and will use it for the first time this evening 9/9/25.

This is my second Grill purchase from this company Both of them were very expensive grills of high-quality. On their second order there was a couple challenges, but I must say that when it got to the returns department, the problems were all solved quickly with a friendly tone and expeditiously. This is a five star company that I would buy from again and again.

The CEO (yes, the CEO) responded on a late Sunday afternoon to an email I had sent BBQ Grills 30 min earlier regarding an error I made in ordering a grill cover. After confirming with me the correct size I needed, Ryan proceeded to update my order, cc:ing 2 of his associates on the email to ensure the change order was routed to the appropriate individuals. The next day, I received another email confirming the shipment of my grill cover, and it also included the names and contact info for the 1)Order concierge, 2) Customer Service, 3)Shipping Liaison, 4) Sales, and 5) Ryan, the CEO. In an era of AI where you can't distinguish machine from human, the truly personal service I received from BBQGrills was an unexpected and welcome pleasure. When the time comes to order a new TEC grill, BBQGrill will be my supplier. Thank you!

I purchased the Sunstone 24" stainless steel double door base cabinet and the Sunstone 24" stainless steel triple drawer cabinet for an outdoor kitchen. The cabinets arrived on a pallet in 2 boxes about the size of a washer and dryer. I was able with help to get them to my covered patio. The only modification was to replace the drawer in the double door cabinet with a false panel for the 15" sink basin. I leveled them up and left a 25" space in the middle for a Blaze outdoor refrigerator. The only difficult part of the installation was measuring and using a carbide hole saw for the drain and water supply lines in the back of the sink cabinet. So far I am very satisfied with the quality of the Sunstone cabinets, the cost with shipping and ease of installation.
