Ordered a grill from these people in early July, then cancelled after determining that they could not meet my time deadline. Cancelled the grill days after giving them money and requested reimbursement. They stated it would take working days 3-5 days to process my request. After 7 working days started following up by email and phone, even copying the President. The company ghosted my with no response. Finally had to dispute through my bank to have the money returned. I recommend to use another company based on my experience.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I mean this company is a total joke. Ordered an in stock & ready to ship item on May 12th and was told it would ship in 5 days. After 18 emails with their customer service team telling me “looks like it will ship in 7-10 business days” 5 times I finally realized I was getting scammed. Furious and going to buy local now.

Piece of crap company…scamming scumbags! Ordered and paid, nothing showed up!!

FRAUD TO THE MAX. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED A BBQ GRILL, THEY HAVE FAILED TO SEND THE PRODUCT, UPDATE ME, AND HAVE BEEN LYING ABOUT A REFUND. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS, THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED AND SHUT DOWN.

My current smoker, a GMG Daniel Boone, has been out of service since mid July. We use our smoker 3-5 times a month, easily. Especially in the summer. So i ordered a new GMG pellet smoker from BBQgrills.com. I was lured in by their great prices and that they said they had it in stock and it would ship in 7-10 days. They also had some great reviews of their customer service on their web site and stated that they were the fastest growing online BBQ vendor in the country. Sounds reputable and impressive. That purchase was almost five weeks ago. Specifically, on 14 July. At the time their web site said it was in stock and would ship in 7-10 working days. Those days have long come and gone and all I have gotten is promises that it will “ship next week”. A few weeks ago i called and talked to one of their customer service folk on the phone. She told me it would ship from “ontario Canada”, but had no idea when it would ship or how long it would take to get here or by which shipping method. The most recent update, received about a week ago, said its status had changed and the shipping company would soon ship it out. But no tracking number, no updates. Unfortunately all those promises were empty and in vain. Just another promise that it would be shipping soon. But no real answers. All the accessories that I’ve ordered since the smoker order, made a few days later, (which also said “in stock, etc) are now enroute, after four weeks, via UPS, at apparently GMGs warehouse in Oregon. They have great prices. But what good is great prices if you never get your item that you have purchased? Even some honest and timely info is better than empty promises or no information at all. At this point i cannot recommend BBQgrills.com due to misleading statements on when things will ship etc.

DO NOT BUY! They have an F rating on BBB and many, many Reddit threads on how terrible they are. Their website reviews are fake and can't be found anywhere on the internet. They took our money and never shipped the grill we ordered, and every time we asked they would say "we are checking with the warehouse". Finally after 2 months we requested our money back, and even that required us to contact our credit card company, the FTC, California Attorney General, and the manufacturer of the grill. Not a single apology at any point. Cold. Uncaring. Did not have a single care to give that they took over $2,000 of our money and made us wait months to get it back.

Worst experience with BBQGrills ordered my grill over a month ago. Call after call - excuses and excuses! Now they claim I did a chargeback which I never requested. I got no notification that any of this was happening. Poor customer service! SCAMMERS!!!

Yet another upset customer here that did not receive a product I paid for and BBQGrills.com customer service went dark on me after promising to refund my $1,005.94. Order BBQ-25-XXXXX for a Summerset outdoor refrigerator. Please DO NOT buy from BBQGrills.com. You won't receive a product and they will keep your money. I ordered on Mar 27 and was given an Apr 3-7 ship window. "Becky" couldn't get me an answer on order status in several back and forths in April. Finally I attempted to cancel the order starting on May 1, and it wasn't until May 22 that I received from "Jessica" in writing that they would issue a refund. Fast forward 2 full months later it is now July 23 and no credit posted despite numerous emails and phone calls. I ended up opening a fraud dispute with Chase two weeks ago which was resolved in my favor so we got a full credit but not with any help from BBQGrills. Note that the Better Business Bureau (BBB) San Francisco Bay Area and Northern Coastal California has an **active fraud alert** against this company and gives them an "F" rating for "failure to respond to 91 complaints filed" and a "pattern of complaints". There are literally hundreds of similar complaints on Reddit, Facebook, Google Reviews and here on LinkedIn. Like a lot of others, I tried to resolve this quietly through customer service. It's clear from reading dozens of these stories on Facebook, Google Reviews, etc that BBQGrills.com exploits this behavior to delay / defer having to deal with any problems. They string you along by phone and email but never take action.
