Great customer support and response to questions
I had a great experience with bbqgrills.com. I ordered a Green Mountain Grills smoker and cover for it and they answered all of my questions with real staff responding to emails. It was a nice personal touch that’s hard to find these days and in my research they were able to beat the pricing of other retailers on the items I was looking for. I will purchase from them again for supplies in the future.

Very pleasant and stressfree process
Very pleasant and stressfree process. And I shopped all the big names before deciding to do business with bbqgrills. Ryan attended to my numerous product and design questions promptly. They all went overboard to help me design an extensive outdoor kitchen with 3 separate cooking areas. All items delivered in perfect condition well before expected. I changed my mind on some of the appliances that had already been shipped and received. No problem. Worked out fine with a new delivery and pick up of the old unit. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Great service from BBQ grills!
Ryan at BBQ grills bent over backwards to get me my ice maker on time. They even called me a couple of times with updates. I am in the process of ordering a new Napolean from them. Great service.👍👍
