I tried to purchase a Green Mountain Grill from this website. They promised a 7-10 day shipping time. Over 20 days passed with no updates. I contacted the company and they promised my grill would be shipped that week. I waited another 10 days with no updates from this company. When I called their customer support the rep was unable to provide any insight as to why my order wasn't shipped. She claimed she contacted her manager but would not provide any timeline as to when I would be given an update. They were unapologetic about the delay and offered no solutions even when I pointed out their poor reviews on Reddit. I ended up having to file a chargeback claim with my credit card company in order to ensure I received a refund. They clearly are aware of their poor business practices and are not showing any intention of improving their service.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to buying a fire pit from BBQGrills.com. I ordered a product that was “in stock” only to receive broken promises and delivery dates. Communication was handled poorly and numerous calls resulted in zero response or follow up. After cancellation of my order my refund was not processed as promised. I called again and was told it would take up to 5 business days to process my refund. Don’t trust this company!

I placed an order for Weber Grills Rotisserie Kit on their website that turned out to be discontinued. They offered to replace it with the new model. After checking on the status of the order multiple times, they stopped responding to my emails when I started asking for a refund over a month later. I never got the item nor a refund! Stay away if you don’t want to loose money!

Ordered a replacement part that was "in stock" to ship within 1-2 days, never received it. Multiple contacts (i.e. lies) that warehouse is behind, despite website listing it as out if stock the next week. Finally just canceled the order. 25 days later, still no refund. CEO never replied to my e-mail. Just don't use them. Learn from my $40 mistake.

Just look at the reviews before placing an order. I regretfully did not. I have disputed their charge with Amex.

I paid BBQGrills.com $999 for a smoker grill on July 31, 2025. They said it would ship in 7 to 10 business days. It is now 9/20/2025 with no grill. I have called countless times and emailed the same with no results. If they answer the phone at all they put me on hold and never come back. They will not give me any information why it is not shipped. No calls and no emails. It appears to be a family owned and ran business, but it's nothing more than a scam. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, the California Attorney General, and the Calaveras County Sheriff's office.

My experience seems to mirror many of the hundreds of other 1-star reviews. I only wish I had done some research prior to making this purchase. It seems that this company's operating model is to take your money and never ship the product, citing "warehousing delays", etc when their website clearly states "in stock and ready to ship". When they finally responded agreeing to refund the purchase, they never actually followed through, requiring us to dispute the charge with our credit card. 100% a scam company. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the headache and financial burden.

I had a horrible experience with bbqgrills.com and will never do business with them again. They happily took my money back in early July, then sat on my order for months without any communication. I emailed them multiple times with no response. Out of frustration, I finally sent an email to every address I could find for them, and only then did I finally hear back. Their response was shocking — they told me the grill I ordered wasn’t even available anymore and that the manufacturer had been removed from their site. Instead of apologizing and issuing a refund, they said they couldn’t refund me because they had switched merchant services. They told me it was my responsibility to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge! This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Why didn’t they reach out to me months ago to update me about the manufacturer issue, or at least offer me the chance to choose a different grill? Instead, they ignored me, kept my money, and pushed the problem onto me. They’ve lost my business for life, and I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from them.
