Good folks
My order some how got hung up somewhere in the system. I emailed BBQ Grills wonder what had happened to my order, it had been one month since the day I ordered. They replied with in six hours, apologize for the confusion, corrected the problem and went way beyond what I felt was needed. It was greatly appreciated. Great folks and a good place to do business. I will be ordering from BBQ Grills again.

Great Customer Service When Faced with Challenges
The wrong grill was delivered to my house! And these things are like 200+ lbs. But! BBQGrills.com made it right and provided great customer support along the way. The CEO even got involved to make sure things moved along. I am been enjoying my Konnected Joe making delicious BBQ.
