I ordered the “Custom Star Trek couple bobble head” as a gift. I choose the top-level likeness and 8-inch doll options. After submitting the order and photos I was contacted by Jennifer. She asked a number of follow up questions that helped refine the design. I was sent an artist rendering which I was able to adjust and after a few changes my order was ready. It was only 4 days from the time I said OK to the receipt of the item. It was packaged very well. I can tell you it looks great! Jennifer was fanatic! I cannot state how absolutely thrilled we are with our custom Bobblehead figure. The careful attention to detail and personalized customer service were very impressive! Nancy, our Bbobbler representative, stayed in touch with us every step of the way, with frequent updates on the creation of the 'doll' and considerately open to making any changes we might feel necessary. We did wind up making a few changes -no problems! They are super concerned with getting the dolls right and making their customers happy. Mission accomplished! The Bbobblehead was Perfect!! Shipping was perfect! It arrived in time to present it to the intended recipient who adored it! He said it was hands down his favorite birthday gift Ever! Others at the party were also very impressed at the likeness and thoughtfulness of this beautiful Bbobblehead gift! I'd like to address the quality of our Bbobblehead. This isn't a cheap plastic generic facsimile! This is a high quality, seems to be porcelain -truly customized likeness created from the photos I'd sent and their careful attention to detail. Our doll had on a fully created customized hat which the recipient is noted for. Very impressive! The price is excellent! We will definitely order more of these unique gifts for other family and friends!
