I ordered a bobblehead for a friend's birthday. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the intended recipient.When I complained, however, the company offered to redo the face. We worked together to agree on the face shape, hair color, skin color, etc. for the redo. The new head arrived today, and it looks very much like my friend. I give the company my 5 star rating for the support given me by their customer service rep, Zephyr, and their willingness to redo the product at their expense. I feel if you will work closely with them, they will work with you to produce a very acceptable finished product.
