Timely creation and step by step engagement

Excellent communication from Iris! She really delivered on the details for the doll and gave me what I asked. I had originally ordered from an Etsy shop that turned into an epic disaster. That shop owner was not listening to any requests or details. Iris was the exact opposite and gave great customer service!

I was kept in constant contact thru the entire process of creating the bobblehead. My contact, Nancy, made sure all changes had my approval before proceeding. When shipping was a bit on the lagging side, Nancy checked in to ensure the package remained in transit. I'd recommend this company and my contact.

Nancy kept me updated every step of the way. The bobblehead turned out amazing.

We have used bbobbler multiple times. Each time we received GREAT service, GREAT response times, and GREAT quality!!!

First time ordering. Celebrating 27 years with my wife, traditional gift is sculpture , this worked perfectly and she loved it. Extremely good detail

Being my first time ordering like this there were some learning curves about specifics but Nicki was great in getting it the way I wanted and the recipient (and family) loved it!! I didn't think they were going to get it delivered on time but they did that too!! Definitely recommend!

Great product. I liked how progress pictures were sent during production. Shipping was faster than expected. Good communication and good overall product. Highly recommend
