Highly recommend!! Nancy was quick to respond and address all our needs. We will definitely continue to shop with her and highly recommend everyone should also!!

Great communication, easy to deal with via email and extremely responsive. Product came out better than expected and very much appreciated by the recipient of the gift. Would do business with them again in the future.

Had the opportunity to review and approve prior to finalizing. One change suggested was addressed. Details in final result amazingly consistent with provided photograph. Very carefully packaged for shipping. Thank You!

I purchased bobble heads as a gift for our football seniors, and they turned out absolutely perfect! The quality and detail were even better than expected, and the ordering process and customer service was smooth and easy. Highly recommend for any team or special occasion!

I'm so happy that I chose this company for my custom doll that I wanted for a milestone birthday gift. There were so many companies to choose from, and I was lucky I found the right one. The process was great. I dealt with Lily, who was very patient, she emailed me daily with proofs and my thoughts on the changes I might want to make. The doll came out great, and everything was done on a timely basis. You won't go wrong with this company.

This is the second bobblehead we ordered from bbobbler.com and it was as good, if not better, than the first one. The level of detail was fantastic and the bobblehead captured the characteristics of each of the subjects perfectly!! We absolutely love this 4-person bobblehead! Also, working with Joyce was a joy as she patiently worked with me to get every detail of the bobblehead correct! We definitely recommend this company for bobbleheads and expect to work with them again in the future! Kudos for all!!!

The attention to detail is remarkable. They are prompt with answering in email and addressing any concerns. Very polite and professional. Quick turnaround time with production and receiving. Have ordered many Bobble Heads from them. Will be ordering more in the future.

I have had 2 bobbleheads made and couldn't be more pleased. Customer service worked closely with me to make sure everything is just as I wanted. The artistry is fantastic and used my feedback to create very lifelike dolls. These are unique and fun gifts to give!
