Excellent customer service. I paid for rush order service and got my item from China to Miami in 4 days. The product itself is spectacular and looks just like the couple we were having customized for our bobblehead. A great experience.

I recently purchased a bobble head for my grandson's 15th birthday. The experience was great not only through the ordering process but also for the proofing process. I highly recommend using the "Top-level likeness by our master" option for maximum likeness. They offer unlimited proofs through continuous email contact throughout the entire process to insure the the doll is accurate to the finest detail. The item was delivered in a timely fashion and was well packaged to reduce the possibility of shipping damage. I am extremely happy with the product and I highly recommend using their service to obtain optimal results that are reasonably priced with the greatest detail and the minimum amount of hassle. Kudos bbobbler for a job well done.

Great customer service and very happy with how the custom bobblehead turned out. The likeness was great and the whole process was easy.

I got a custom bobble head as a retirement gift and it was a huge hit! Alice worked so well with me thru the process and was so patient to ensure that we got it right!!

Super quick response time and Greta customer service. The bobble head looks just like the picture I sent and is exactly how I wanted it. The details in the face are amazing and my dad loved it!!

Great communication, perfect service!

Wow! I was impressed from start to finish! Ordering was easy! I stated what I wanted, & sent along 2 photos. Less than a day later, I had an email from bbobbler with follow-up questions for clarity. A few days later I was emailed the first proof. I made minor corrections & sent along another photo for clarity in my reply. A day or so after that, I received another email with the new proof. The likeness was uncanny! I gave the go-ahead to complete the work. A couple of days later, my bobblehead was shipped! It arrived VERY well packaged & quick! I was quite surprised at how heavy/solid it was - this was no lightweight plastic item! It looked exactly like the final proof I had ok’d, and had the Navy emblem on the base we had discussed. 100% pleased! The communication was on-point throughout production, and never did I feel I was too much trouble for any requested change. I’m seriously hoping to have more made in the future! My sailor is going to love it!
