I ordered a custom Atlanta Braves bobble head for my husband as a Father’s Day gift. The bobble that arrived did not even have an Atlanta Braves logo… I’ve contacted the company multiple times (Jennifer Levene) and they offered to send me a sticker, still have not received it despite the offer to send the sticker on May 5, 2025. I also asked for a partial refund or credit since the experience has been so negative… no progress on that either! I share this review as a warning for others. I specifically ordered what was listed as “Custom Atlanta Braves Bobble Head” and the item has not Braves markings whatsoever. Not sure what has happened but very disappointed.

I paid for a RUSH item online, with many "upgrades" which made it more than $250 for one doll. When I got my confirmation, they said that they "forgot" that they also needed to charge me another $30 for an additional upgrade; this was not mentioned in the order, wasn't even an option on their buffet of extra things you can pay for, and would have made the extra three inches on the doll I ordered cost as much as a second doll. I emailed back saying refund the $50 I paid for that upgrade, I wasn't paying another $30 for something that was never mentioned and being charged after the fact. Got another email that said they would do a $20 upgrade instead for "no extra charge" - so they would keep the original $50 I paid and give me an ugrade instead that cost $20 on their website. I told them to cancel my order and that I wasn't comfortable doing business with them. It takes a long time for them to respond, so this has dragged on for days and they wouldn't agree to cancel and refund my order until I said I was disputing the charge with my credit card. I still haven't received confirmation that they are refunding, I would never do business with this company again. What kind of honest business sends links for additional payments they "forgot" to charge (and that are not referenced on their site or in the order forms) days after an order is placed and payment processed?

This place is a scam company based in China which I did not know when I ordered. I ordered on Feb 28 and have not gotten a product or response since then. At first someone named Alice Smith (fake name) sent me a total of two emails but when I wanted to cancel before they started making the product it was then that I received no further response. I have had to have an investigation with my bank so they could do a charge back when I provided all the proof to them. There is no phone number for this company so you can't call anyone. Do not order

After my initial complaint, Bbobbler.com representative Alice said they would redo the bobble head but I would have to pay for shipping. I will not give this company another penny for them to make it right. I had already paid for rush delivery and top artist. Now that the final bobblehead is done they are refusing to ship it until I remove my negative review. I'm fact, I was bombarded with emails during this rework process to remove my negative comment. I agreed to remove it when I received the final product. Buyer be ware, this company is dishonest and will nickel and dime you with additional costs after you place your order.

I ordered a doll, round 1 went well the head looked good. Round 2, they didn't have the base I ordered. Finally said they can refund me, they did - $20.10 short of what I paid.

The doll was not what was represented on the website and not what I paid for. The likeness was poor. It was supposed to have a cap, which would have covered the hair that was done wrong, but they forgot to put the cap on. Their attitude about that was "we missed it". I asked about sending me a cap but was told it would not fit since it was made separately. No attempt whatsoever was made to make this right. Finally, I got a response. After several back and forth emails they finally offered to remake just the head at a shipping cost to me of $20, mind you this is to correct their mistake. They never offered to remake the doll, only the head, and it will be up to me to remove the first head and install the second head without breaking the doll, and I am sure if it breaks they will say it is my fault. In all of our correspondence they never offered to replace the doll despite what their response says. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. By the way, the new head with the cap looks more like a construction workers helmet than a baseball cap.

if I could give 0 Stars this would be the time!!! Even with extra cost for Rush and promised getting Product for Retirement Party within 3 weeks I finally got the Bbobbler after over TWO Month !!!!! and it's NOT how I wanted it!!!!$ 140 LATER.......NEVER AGAIN!!! #11468 the same changes were requested numerous times and mostly ignored from Zephyr and it took over a week to just respond to my email from her!! Go look at the conversations we actually had and the bobblehead she wanted to send me, which was not even close to the Picture I submitted!!
