They checked in on every stage of the process and made sure it was what I wanted.

Hi- The bobbleheads arrived and we absolutely LOVE them! Thank you so much for the care and detail you and your team took to get these done so quickly!

The process was very easy and there were proofs sent and communication that guaranteed satisfaction. No product would be sent without approval, so if any corrections needed to be made, they would make it. Timely production, they were fast and friendly. My bobble head turned out amazing and I would come back again and again.

Great customer service, received updates on order every step of the way. Even upgraded my ship so it would get here for my son’s senior day! I loved how I made suggestions and they were able to make those happen! Very happy! Can’t wait to show my son!

Amazing customer service with fast responses and communication during the process. My product came shipped fully intact and looks great! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to order a custom bobble head.

Great group to work with. Able to get all the specifics we wanted. Second time I had used them.

The level of Customer Service provided by Iris is the best I have ever received when ordering online. She held my hand every step of the way (even when I had to start over due to my error!) Iris made sure that what I wanted is what I would get. The artists did an amazing job matching the likeness, I couldn't be happier. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I am extremely happy with my purchase. The communication throughout the modeling process was great. The end product looks so much like the photo I submitted, I can't believe how well it turned out. I highly recommend Bbobbler!
