I totally love my ring and have replaced my wedding ring with the ring that is now a daily reminder that my husband will ALWAYS be in my heart and therefore I never have to say GOODBYE. My husband passed 2 years ago and the wedding ring has been my physical attachment.

Service and delivery of product was excellent. The product, itself, a ring with a quote on it is disappointing - smaller and thinner than expected and the quote is not readable really...which may be the reason they include the quote in print with the product itself. I would not buy from this vendor again.

Hello Connie, We regret your disappointment about the ring. At this point, we have two ways to somewhat alleviate the situation. We will gladly refund the money if you chose to return the ring. We can only credit the card used for the purchase, so if this is a gift we can help the recipient exchange the ring for a different piece of jewelry. This can be done over the phone and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate what is requested. Please bear in mind that the engraving on all of our jewelry is small. This is the second time I bought this necklace after losing the first one during a trip to NYC. It’s beautifully made. My mother had bought be a piece of BB Becker's when I graduated with my Master's degree in 2003. In September 2017 my mom died after a 4 year battle with cancer. I received an Uncommon goods catalog in the mail during Christmastime last year and saw the pendant that read, "Dear Daughter, take my love with you now and into the time I will never know. It is as much a part of you as breath." I ordered this piece and has been extremely helpful to me in my healing process. BB Becker makes beautiful pieces of art that can hold deep meaning for people!
