i order two glow in the dark cases, i had order them on dec 2 and only got them on jan 16, i was super happy when i first got them.. i’ve had the case on my iphone for 5 days and i had accidentally dropped it and the case itself cracked like glass would, i am so shock that it crack, normally you don’t have to worry about ur phone case cracking like your phone screen would, i’m super upset bc the case is so nice. i would like to speak to someone from the company and maybe get another to replace it

You'll get your stars back when I get the items i actually ordered and not the wrong phone brand. Completely unhappy. Took a month to get here and then it was the wrong thing. EDIT: Let me now go a step further. The retailer has now claimed me to be uneducated in what I am doing and talking about. I have sent 10 emails. Photos of the cases that are not the ones I ordered but sent to me regardless. I waited over a month for these special cases for a christmas present and I was sent the wrong cases well after christmas. I recieved 2 huawei cases when on my order it clearly states 2 S10+ cases. Yet they are saying I as in me the buyer. Who has sent photos. A comparison of what a s10+ case looks like (cut outs are completely different and the Huawei is larger) next to the cases they SWEAR are the ones I ordered. Yet I have picture proof and am being told I still ordered the wrong cases... unacceptable. I am not stupid. I am incredibly intelligent which is more than I can say for BAZAAR DODO.

So i ordered from them around black friday, they started out fine. At first they replied in a timely manner and even though they said my shipment will take 15 days later i was okay with waiting. But once my shipment got to my city in the 30th they stopped responding and my shipment stopped moving. Im pretty sure their site is a scam by now as i tried messaging on insta as well with no reply and its more than 2 weeks later than i expected. Its been almost a month since i placed my order and i dont think ik even going to receive it anymore Dont recommend buying from them since they dont seem to care about sticking to the promised delivery date or even replying to emails :/

Waited a while for my LED phone case to arrive, which is fine becuse I'm pretty patient. But after it arrived 3+ weeks later, I was super disappointed so see that it simply does not work at all. There is no lighting no matter what I do, I've tried inserting the USB C both ways, played music as loud as I could, I even tested the USB C port on my phone to make sure it was working. Honestly, I dont really like leaving negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed.

Bought a LED case and the ad showed the whole middle and top half of the back of the case fully lite and illuminated. But when I received my led case which it took 17 days mind you, only half of the LEDs actually lit up. Complete waste of money totally feel scammed. I contacted support no response so far it's been 20 days since purchase and I have only half working case. PS my case is the one with all the Japanese signs lit up, it's the one on the front page for the note 9/10.

I like the slim design. I like how it glows as well. But quality is really poor. Protective screen i bought didnt even want to stick to the screen even if i folowed unclear insturctions from the box. Glas on the case broke second time i took it of the phone. I ordered one usb c cable and we will see how long it will hold up. A lot of money spent on presentation, but a very little amount on quality of the product. I hade really high expetations. I do not reccomend it.

Absolutely terrible! Not only did it take 3 months to get to me, but the customer service was terrible and the "support team" is a joke! The company doesn't care at all about its customers and even worse, the quality of the items are so bad! It's flimsy material and even the LED light in the case is a tiny square on the back of it and not the full case like advertised.

The WORST experience I've ever had shopping online. It took nearly a month for my order to ship and several emails and DMs. There was a lot of dishonesty about their shipping times. First I was told my order would be shipped in 1-5 days. Nothing had happened after a week or so, so I asked what was going on and they told me it would be 5-7 more days. I waited longer than that and then asked again a few different times since no progress had been made on my order. In a DM on Instagram I was told they were adding a gift (they did not) but received no information about what was going on with my order. I had to make a comment on Instagram for them to respond to me again. It is absolutely ridiculous that they would conduct their business in this manner. They finally sent out the cases after I had publicly complained enough. Now that I've finally gotten the cases I'm still dissatisfied. Upon receiving the cases I realized they're not really what I expected. The LED one doesn't light up everywhere its meant to, according to the product photos. They're not nearly as protective as advertised, they do not have a lip to protect the screen and they feel very thin and flimsy. One of the glow cases I bought as a gift immediately cracked after it fell a short distance (which wouldn't have affected most other cases). I know they aren't going to be super protective but I don't think anyone would want to put an expensive phone into a case that can't even protect itself. I've asked them for assistance once again, and again I haven't gotten a response after several days. At this point I'm not sure they will respond to me again. This was seriously ridiculous and I'm really unhappy with this company.
