I ordered a Christmas gift at the same time I was ordering from EVERY OTHER COMPANY in time to ship for christmas so the covid pandemic is no excuse I’ve received every other gift except this one!! Very frustrating! If I had read this website first I never would have ordered because Christmas is 2 days away and I still don’t have my sons phone case... still waiting for order No.136086 and a response to the email I sent them a couple of days ago..... :/

It’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t received my items. Feel like I got scammed

my phone case came in today and it is not working at all.

I bought the mystery crate but was given 1 broken case that was also faded. The accessories, which were advertised as being a charging cable or other similar items were 3 magnets and a plastic ring. This is a joke of a purchase, ill never reccomend this company again. Edit* I've read the description. A single magnet would have been acceptable. But 3/4 of my accessories were magnets. All of them were heavily scratched while still in the package. The third one is a cheap plastic ring with some beads. This is the equivalent of buying a loot-crate and every item is a sticker. Of the two phone cases, the glow type was bleached so bad that when it glows in the dark the image disappears. It just becomes a green splotch. The only saving grace is that your products are designed by decent artists. But this level of money grubbing is completely unfair.

I don't recommend buying anything from this website. The return policy is a scam. It is "30 days from date of purchase" but the products don't ship for weeks; they stay as "unfulfilled" status for days on end on purpose to kill time. How is it that KawaiiPen and other companies in china/hong kong can get products shipped out in two weeks without any customs issues? I placed my order at the beginning of September and just received my order. After speaking with "customer service" i was given the excuse that a case I wanted was out of stock...why would they let me buy it in the first place then? The customer service person then promised that they would restock and ship the other case I ordered separately with a "gift" as compensation. The order was NOT shipped for another 10 days and the "gift" is a DEFECTIVE case with obvious damage on it. The LED case only lights up depending on ambient noise in the room, it does not work as advertised on the website. I can't even get my money back because it conveniently didn't get shipped for 3 weeks and now it's outside of the return window. Do not buy from this website. Look for custom art pieces from Redbubble or another reputable company. Will be reporting this company to the US Better Business Bureau.

1) The glass case is cracked all over after one drop of the phone. 2) The LED reacts to any form of sound and can be extremely annoying after a week. I've contacted customer service asking if they could program it to activate upon any notifications, but they've yet to consider my opinion after a few months. Logically, it makes more logical sense. 3) They advertised a demon slayer themed case on their promotion video and never released it. False advertisement.

Took almost a month to get it dropped it maybe a foot and completely quit working waited so long for it just to be upset this quickly hurts 😭😰😢💔

The case I ordered was cyber punk and looked amazing and worked fine for the first couple of hours of having it . 10 hours in and the LED is not very responsive . No damage have been applied to the case . When I plug in the case the LED will flash but then stops . Very disappointed in product .
