Our cases got lost along the way, but Bazaardodo staff was very friendly and understanding of the issue. After confirming the details of the issue, Bazaardodo was kind enough to offer us a replacement! Although shipping did take quite a while, it's understandable since the package comes all the way from Hong Kong. The cases themselves were super cool, and my husband and I love the futuristic effect it adds to our phones! We are very grateful for the kind and understanding staff that helped us along the way.

I was a little skeptical at first as I found it to be a Instagram ad for phone cases but after some research and reading a lot of reviews I decided to give it a try and it’s well worth it, the case is amazing and quality is top grade it looks just like the photos they have on the website but trust me once you get it they are so much better. I got a glow case and it’s amazing just a little sunshine or light makes it glow for a few hours, it’s definitely worth getting one or more! 10/10 p.s I read a lot of reviews saying it took along time but for me it was just under 2 weeks but don’t take my word for it just go get one and see for yourself! I've heard shipping related issues from other reviewers, and yes I did get some weird tracking updates, but overall, their custom service was stellar and the package got to me in 2 weeks. The glow case looks as advertised and I couldn't be more satisfied.
