Useless product
Useless product. We had 3 of your glass shields all 3 broke in the 1st week, and your customer service department would not and refused to assist us. We called asking for help, we were ignored. Never Ever buy anything from these people! In response to Bazaardodo, yes, I have the 3 previous reviews to mine for evidence and I have 3 shattered screen covers from my family. Your product is the worst I have found. Your customer service, like the previous reviewers were all blown off. Never again! Another response to Quentin @ Bazaardodo. Now you want to help? Where were when we made 3 calls and got anything but satisfaction from your company. My review stands. I will not help you now, as your company chose not to help your customers then!

I understand your anger very well. I will do the same thing if I am a customer, but we always hope to help you. It was because of the scornfulness of my colleagues that they did not help you in time. There are a lot of emails to be processed every day, and our team is still very small. We understand your experience very well and we will continue to improve. But we never want you to be dissatisfied.
