Ordering was easy & labels are high quality

We ordered "I Voted" stickers for the people who came to our polling place. They were delighted and left proudly wearing them. The labels were reasonably priced and came very soon after we ordered them.

Long story (sorry) I live in Australia and bought a stack of labels for my Dymo label printer from Baytech. I know, why would I do that? We'll the price difference was huge and I use a lot of labels. Anyway I had them shipped to a friend in LA (to save shipping cost) and picked them up from him a month or so later on my next trip to the US. Then I took another month to finish my stock of expensive Dymo labels and finally I got to using my Baytech labels. Guess what? They didn't work!! Dymo have a sly detector here at least that forces you to use their own overpriced labels. I was furious. Not only did I feel like an idiot but I had a huge box of useless labels! Expecting nothing I emailed Val from Baytech with my tale of woe. Within 3 days I had a full refund in my account and a feeling that here's a company that stands by its promise. Thanks Baytech. If I didn't live so far away I'd give you a kiss. Michael Peak Chocolate.

They were very helpful with fixing my order (there was a glitch with the website and I got charged twice) and once it was shipped it arrived as expected. However, I will probably not order from them again because the shipping was too expensive, since Fedex was the only option. This would make sense for large bulk orders by a business, but I was just ordering a couple of things for myself and I recall the shipping cost being about the same price as the actual things I was buying.
