BayteReviews of bayte.com

Great product - dripless olive oil container is beautiful and works so well!

Extremely professional and responsive! The support was personable and immediate. This company has earned my trust and business. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Prompt shipping, best price on the internet for the lamp that I purchased, and excellent customer service.

Ordered 2 items from Bayte and 1 shipped immediately, other 1 didn't. I waited a few days and emailed to ask on the status and got a very quick and informative response, follow up information on my order specifically, as well as an update when it was shipped out! Thank you Claude for getting back to me and keeping me updated! Really appreciate it!

Simply a wonderful business to deal with. I ordered chairs and actually had some issues with them and had to return them but the communication and guidance was impeccable the entire way through. Cannot recommend these guys more highly.

They had competitive pricing and communication was excellent. Item arrived packaged nicely and in a timely fashion.

All went well and found this item at better price than any other places

We ordered a $60 Memobottle for our grandson. The order was received and shipped within 24 hours but arrived with a manufacturers defect. Bayte immediately offered a full rebate or a replacement product which is what we asked for. The replacement was packed and shipped as soon as it was available. Throughout this process, we were updated regularly and in person by Claude Zoghzoghi, co-founder of the company. These personal and very polite comms made a small problem into a great transaction. 100% pleased.
