First off, let me just say, reading your review was tough, but I'm glad you shared it. It sounds like we really dropped the ball on making your start with us as smooth and welcoming as it should have been. For that, I'm sincerely sorry. The whole scenario you've described, especially after getting all geared up to dive in, is far from the dream journey we aim to provide. And about our persistence—while enthusiasm is part of our DNA, it's clear we crossed the line into being a hassle for you. That's on us, and we're taking a hard look at how we can do better. Now, onto the mix-up with the course start. It seems there was a hiccup with your financing that led to the delay in kicking things off. These things can get tangled up in the least helpful ways, and it's frustrating when it feels like you're left hanging. We meant to be your launchpad, not a holding pattern. We're all about growth, and learning. Your journey to becoming a top-notch professional is what drives us, and we'd love nothing more than to get back on track together. Thanks for letting us know about your experience. We needed to hear it, and now, we're all about making it right. Let's turn this ship around and get you sailing towards your goals.

Big shoutout to Danielle for being your rock—she's got that knack for keeping spirits high when the going gets tough. She's a star in our universe, for sure. And yes, our community is like a hidden treasure trove of gems. It's amazing to see everyone sharing, supporting, and shining together. Thrilled you found us and even more thrilled to see where you go from here. Remember, we're always here, cheering you on every step of the way.
