I just finished my Midterm and am now enrolled in the Junior program. The material can be intimidating but Boyd simplifies and explains it for you to understand. There are coaches and personnel available to answer your questions and go over the requirements with you in case you are stuck. Will and Janelle are there to motivate you all the way.

Man this program is awesome even though my tech career is just beginning this program makes me feel confident even where im at now. Boyd and his team do an amazing job making sure you know what your doing they even go the extra step to help with things like resume building interviewing the things big corporations look for, the authority mindset multiple weekly calls to keep you engaged motivational and therapeutic content through out the program to help tackle life and live better and have a more positive mindset its all there PCI DSS being explained in its simplest form for you to digest i can say ive learned a lot about cybersecurity since joining and its all thanks to this program this team are good people who actually care. the work you put in is what you get back this NOT a scam

Baxter Clewis Training Academy has given me the critical mindset, tools and support that’s required for success in today’s dynamic Cybersecurity Auditing climate. I’m part of a fantastic cohort and I attribute my enthusiasm about forthcoming program milestones beyond my Sophomore level to the professionalism, preparation and personality of my Coach, Patricia. At Baxter Clewis, I’m very fortunate to see the daily integration of the people, processes and technology that makes good things happen!

This program open my mind up to the true opportunities out there. This program truly helped me not only build up my Technical skills but also my people skills and communication skills which were very critical in landing my new Cyber Security Role. I only wish good things to come and look forward to continuously seeing the progress of others in the program.

This program is a hidden gem. It gave me years of experience back that I thought was lost. It helped prepare me for operating at a much higher level in the tech field, that I thought was going to take many years to achieve. I doubled my salary within a year using skills and experience from the program and community. There is "The program" which is dedicated to teaching you all the ins and outs of the PCI DSS framework. Then there is everything else. The everything else is where the magic actually happens and where you grow professionally. As a disclaimer, this program is not going to just set you up with a 6-figure job. Anyone operating under that assumption is going to be disappointed. It is going to lay the foundation for how to build yourself into a high-level IT professional. How to start building a personal brand and market that. They are not going to do the groundwork for you. Your success and failure within the program and where it takes you is entirely up to you.

If your like me then you are reading this review asking yourself, should I sign up for this program? I don't want to be scammed. I am 4 months into the program and I will tell you, it is not a scam! From day one I felt the culture here with the unique networking capabilities and the one on one time you get with Boyd, QSA'S, industry leaders in the field of PCI DSS, and a whole bunch of peers working toward the same goals! The internship is FIRE 🔥 working on a live engagements with fortune 500 companies! You may not get certs in this program, but what you do get is lifelong skills and EXPERIENCE!! Name a school that offers that...nope you cant! I haven't landed my 6 figure role yet, but I can account for others who have while being in the program at least 10 people, so it is possible and dreams do come true. This is my disclaimer do not join if you expect this to be handed to you on a silver platter to be handed to you or expect to pass some exams and get a new career. This program requires you to want this dream and they facilitate it to happen given your mindset and the willingness from you to do the work, put yourself out there, speak up, and work the program! Amazing experience with great coaches, my experience in the training program has been amazing, my coaches have helped me really map out the direction I wanted to pursue and prepared me through the interview process that led to a 6-figure offer!

This program is a life changer! Prior to joining the program, all of my professional experience was in sales and customer service. I joined the program in January after learning there was an opportunity for professionals without IT experience to learn valuable skills that could advanced their career. That is exactly what happened! With the program being self-paced, I could complete the modules on my own schedule. It not only teaches you a unique skill set, but a major portion of the curriculum was devoted to making sure you adopted the correct mindset to obtain a six-figure role in Cybersecurity. I love the support system of success coaches, teammates, the internship program, and the interview prep resources. By the time I completed the program, recruiters were reaching out on a daily basis. I was presented with a great opportunity, had my first interview on a Friday, and by the following Monday I was offered the position.
