I’m being generous with 2 stars!! While the products may be worthwhile, the purchasing experience left much to be desired. I purchased the underseat ghost subs for my brand new 2026 bmw x5 on 8/9. Almost 3 weeks later, no delivery and no communication. There’s no customer service phone number and three emails went without a response. It took my credit card company to get involved to get a refund. Worst experience ever!! Buyer be warned!!
