A much better price for the battery I needed than other sellers. It is most appreciated. I may buy a second of the same as a backup.

My new battery died 10 minutes after being unplugged despite it being "fully charged". I sent a troubleshooting email and received a fast response with step by step instructions. It turns out the error was mine during the installation process. I had not discharged the laptop properly. I followed the instructions, turn the laptop on and the battery was charging. I still need to finish the charging and discharging process 3-5 times before the battery will reach full capacity.
