Just got scammed the same way as a couple of years ago; ordered an item, this time an ASUS laptop battery, rom a site apparently legit, and then received the typical e-mail with the tracking number which sends to a site, likely created by these scammers, where the tracking number doesn't exist; of course it doesn't as there is no carrier indicated; and who is partner with the scammers worldwide ? the banks ! you cannot initiate any money retrieval before you prove that you actualy had a discussion with the vendor; and if the vendor doesn't reply then they tell you to wait or a month...an then you forget...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will be waiting a very long time for your item. No phone number to call. It’s a scam.

I would like to respond to all of the impatient whiners leaving negative reviews... If you want something overnight, go to Amazon. This stuff ships from CHINA directly. If you were fooled by the appearance of their website you're a fool. Check your email for tracking info. It's all there. No mysteries. No games. Stop and take a breath. It's going to be alright.

Slow shipping. Order placed and accepted Feb 13th, USPS label created that day, it is now Feb 19th abd USPS says the item still has not been received. No phone number, no way to contact them except email which they seem to ignore. I will give them one more day to respond, and then I will file a reverse with MasterCard.

Not reliable! While placing order, it said "delivery 10-15 days", today is 16th day and its showing another several days until estimated delivery. This is second time, and last one, I ordered something from this website. Previous time same thing happened. I had to wait for my order more than 3 weeks. They gave me some credit off of last order. This time is really last time I deal with them. Be aware of reliability in placing order with this website!

Ordered battery on Aug 5th, it's been 13 days and no response. emailed them, nothing as yet. Going to have hold put on the charge.

Selling Counterfeit products

This company is a scam. I ordered a Dell battery and provided a US shipping address when I signed in. However, since I live in Mexico (close to the border), I needed to enter my billing address, which is in Mexico. After three weeks, I received an email from a person in China stating that the battery had been delivered to Mexico and that I needed to pay for the return because my address was incorrect. Frustratingly, I sent screenshots of my account clearly showing the US shipping address. This was in late January, and I have not heard from them since.
