Although we check every battery that comes through our doors for quality assurance we are unable to detect an internal problem within the battery. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to send you another battery along with a postage paid return label to retrieve the defective battery you have received. The batteries do not come to us in Original Manufacture Packaging because we purchase such large quantities at one time. We understand that life itself is never hassle free and the last thing you want to see at the end of a busy day is that your brand new battery has failed.
