I am so happy we found Batten Home. I took advantage of a recent sale and bought some Muuto stools. They arrived in perfect condition and are beautiful! Highly recommend. Will be a returning customer. Thank you Batten home.

Wonderful Service. I recently purchased a Hasami dinner set. My order shipped the same day and arrived in perfect condition. I had a couple of questions and customer service was extremely helpful

I discovered Batten Home on Instagram and decided to order a Heymat doormat through them. The experience was amazing! My item shipped the same day, and it arrived within just two days! Their customer service was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the delivery time. Highly recommend! :)

It is all about how a company treats their customer. Thank you!!! You have been a pleasure. Batten Home is rare find; a company that I will definitely do business with again. The English accent is an added bonus. 🙂🙏🏻 I love my display table Thank you very much B. Engel

Excellent customer service. A mirror that was broken on arrival (delivery person error) was promptly replaced. I look forward to shopping with this store again.

Batten Home is the place I go to buy absolutely everything I can from... Shaan has always been the most polite, attentive person I have had the pleasure of dealing with, whether it's a return, a general question, or other. In a world of mediocrity, it's so nice to find a place that serves the community so well!

Second time I have ordered from this company and they did not disappoint. Quick and effortless transaction. Product is even more beautiful in person. Thanks!
