So far decent experience, a bit slow in processing the purchase order but it was a weekend deal. Initial tracking data via Stamps.com did not hunt other than label created, so after 3 biz days I called the firm's 800 number. Steve answered, I shared my tracking issue, he researched and indicated the order went directly to Suncoast as 25oz Autism Melee3 was not in stock [no upsell attempt]. He provided the update/when requested immediately emailed the new tracking data. GTG, the man was on top of it. Oh, when the conversation ended we exchanged respectful parting pleasantries. Steve actually called me sir not b'itch like someone else whined. Maybe try to treat men with respect/we will most often reciprocate its all a two way street, just sayin' Cheers
