Incredible customer service! I had a small issue with my product, and Dean responded almost immediately—even on a Sunday. He quickly took care of the problem and arranged to have a replacement sent out right away. I wish all companies were as responsive and efficient as this one. I’ve already recommended them to two people and will gladly continue to do so. Excellent service from start to finish!

I can’t stress enough how wonderful this company is to work with. My order was lost by UPS and when I inquired about my order, Dean at Bathroom Butler immediately responded with an update. When I let them know UPS was calling it a lost package, he immediately placed another order for me and offered to deal with UPS. Great customer service!
