As so many other people have complained about how the batchdriven app freezes, and sms does not work at times: I wanted to check out Propstream to compare. When I was told by StartVirtual to use BatchLeads instead, I went back to register only to find out the $250 I had left in BatchDriven for SMS was gone. I got in touch with BatchDriven and asked to transfer the $250 into BatchLeads, but they stated that there are NO REFUNDS, but I asked for a TRANSFER. Buyer be aware- read the fine print. They do NOT cooperate transferring funds set aside for services to their other divisions under the Batch Name.

Hi Elizabeth, We apologize that you've had this experience and understand your frustration. We did attempt to connect with you when you submitted your cancellation request via a phone call, text and email. In the email, we noted that once you cancel, you will no longer have access to your data or any remaining credits and encouraged you to use them prior to cancelling. We're looking to improve this process in the future, however, BatchLeads and BatchDriven are not connected to each other and there is no way to transfer funds between the two.
