Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

I found you and love your fast shipping and I'll recommend your products to everyone! Basis Pet is where I'll purchase my pets products from now on. Thank you, Connie from Illinois

This is one of the most professional and helpful companies I've ever done business with. They respond quickly with answers to questions and my orders always arrive before expected. I've orders from them 4 times and have seen absolute consistency in their product and service. Not to mention the health value of their product. These guys exemplify what a small business (any business for that matter) should be. Wish they would do bowls for my bird perch!

I have always used ceramic bowls to feed/water my cats, but recently read that stainless steel was better. Since my cats are prone to feline acne, and my ceramic bowls were getting old, I decided to search for good stainless steel. I was impressed with Basis Pet's description of their quality and pet-friendly design. I ordered a medium size bowl and the white holder for water, and six small bowls for food. The cats like to play in their water and they scoot their water dish around, but the holder effectively stops the scooting! It can even be used with their old water dish while I am washing the new one. But I will definitely be ordering a spare dish so I can completely eliminate ceramic. The cats did not hesitate to switch to the new food bowls! They are shallow and well designed. It is easy for them to eat from without touching their whiskers. I can see and feel the quality of the bowls; they are much better than pet store quality. They wash well in dishwasher.

I have ordered two rising bowls. They arrive promptly and are reasonably priced. Very sturdy - we ordered the second one just because we wanted a new color.

Not many companies offer scientific testing of their products to back up sales claims. This one does, and will have my business, and my recommendation to others.

Product was beautifully made and arrived very quickly - even during the Christmas season.

We love the large food and water dishes and the 4" Riser stand for the bowls. Paco, our Black Schnauzer, is happy and we don't have to refill his water bowl nearly as often. Kudos to Basis Pet!! And thanks again for sharing ...

I never knew that I needed to be concerned about ceramic dog bowls until I read up on it. I ordered the Basis Pet bowls and stands for my dogs and to give as gifts to my family for their pets. I did have a small concern and Mike responded immediately! I kid you not: IMMEDIATELY! He sent me a replacement and it arrived within a few days. My original order arrived within three days or so and the packaging was excellent for safe shipping. I have two medium sized dogs and went with the medium sized bowls which appear to be just the right size. The stands are interesting and add a "modern look". I'm thrilled and my dogs appear satisfied too!
