Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

Great products, inovative, fast delivery and good price for the high quality.

The items arrived faster than expected which was a really pleasant surprise! I couldn't wait to see these and start using the bowls. I was also pleased to see that the quality is what is advertised.

I have ordered several stainless steel pet bowls from Basis Pet, and I am very pleased with the quality, packaging, and shipping. Recently, one of the large stainless steel bowls we have been using from another manufacturer split down the side. The bowl was about 5 years old, has only been used inside our home, and is washed in the dishwasher. How this could have happened remains a mystery. This event made my husband I think about the overall quality of the materials used in the bowl. We are very pleased with the Basis Pet bowls, especially the fact that water does not remain trapped under the rim of the bowls.

I have one dog and two cats. One of the cats has developed some allergies (scratching himself raw under his chin and on his neck). Vet recommended changing from plastic bowls to stainless steel and changing protein source in his food. After doing some research decide it would make the most sense to find bowls that would resist rusting and that contained limited traces of other undesirable metals. THis company was one of the few I found that produced stainless steel bowls with good quality control. Purchased three stainless steel bowls, one for dog's water and two for cat food. Bowls are heavy and feel quite substantial. Cats have no problem eating out of them since they are wide and don't bother their whiskers. Have only had them for a week, but if they last for a while they are definitely worth the price!

I was very pleased with the fast shipping, and the bowls are very nice and sturdy!

The bowls seem like they are really good quality and are sturdy. Feel really good knowing where the material came from and that they are safe for my dogs. They are more expensive than pet store bowls but they seem worth it and we are happy with them. Company shipped them quickly and packaged them well.

The double-bowl we ordered arrived sooner than expected. It was also larger and better-constructed than the pictures indicated. We highly recommend this to all pet owners considering a new bowl. You will not be disappointed.

The owner Mike was very helpful and responded quickly to my email questions and even added more information to help me make a decision to purchase these stainless steel dog bowls. I am very happy and pleased with the excellent quality of these bowls and the service. They are gorgeous! His website also has several informative articles regarding the health and care for your animal companion. Thank you Mike for the personal attention you gave me.
