Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

After a long search for quality dog bowls, chews and ball toys for our new English lab locally I turned online and I came across Basis Pet website. Ordered all three items, they arrived quickly and well packed. The bowls are very well made and have a good weight to them not cheap and thin. They are just as described online. Can't wait to use the felt ball when she's a bit bigger! Will definitely be back!

We have a new puppy and I wanted to find bowls and toys made in America, which is no easy task. I ordered these bowls in a medium as well as the ball toy. The quality was exceptional. I felt the bowls might be too small though as our puppy grows so I called Mike. He immediately sent me the large bowls and emailed me a shipping label to return the medium bowls at my earliest convenience. They arrived the next day. I hope they will make expand their product line as I would happily buy all our dog products here with the high quality and exceptional customer service.

I was so happy to find these dog bowls. At first I thought they were a bit expensive but I have to say they were worth every penny!!! They are the nicest water bowls to look at and with the white plastic trays they sell they are completely non slip. I love them!!!! I bought 3 of the bowls and 3 white trays. Love them and completely recommend to anyone. They are well worth the investment.

The representative at Basis Pet, Mike, was wonderful and easy to deal with. He even refunded us some extra shipping costs! Very honest! The products are great as well - made is u.s., save for pets. Our dog loves his new Basis Pet Bowls. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

These bowls are made in the US (hard to find any that are!) and purchasing two for water and two for food has alleviated my concern about China/India/etc.-made bowls leaching metals into my dog over the many years of his life. The bowls are good looking and sturdy and arrived very quickly after I ordered! Customer service is top-notch (i.e., friendly and readily available for questions). I knew from the sizing that the medium bowls might be on the small size, but I remedied that by placing the Basis good quality bowl inside my old foreign-made cheap (bigger) bowl, and that prevents any problem with food/dog kibble going astray on the floor.

We are so happy with our bowls! We bought them for our cats and dogs and wish you made them for humans. They will last forever and are made to perfection. Thank you!

This is the second order I've placed with Basis Pet, and I received the same exemplary service that I did as a first-time customer. The thing I like best about the pet food and water bowls I bought was their quality and the fact that they were made in the USA. No cheap imported junk to be found. I can't recommend this company too highly, they are superb.

I was looking for stainless steel food & water dishes made in the USA. I do not trust the ones made in China or India to not be toxic to my babies. Very happy with these
