Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

Basis Pet was a pleasure to deal with. We very much appreciate that all products are made in the USA. I've been concerned about purchasing products made in China and it's wonderful to see a company that makes all products in the USA--Thank you! We purchased the dog bowls and they are working out great--dishwasher proof and everything. We would definitely recommend Basis Pet with no reservations. Ordering was quick and easy, and I couldn't believe how quickly we received our order.

After reading about the potential hazardous waste that can be in stainless dog bowls that are made in India, I threw ours away. Only the best for my puppy! The bowls from Basis a Pet are a very nice quality and made in the USA. We ordered the small set which is perfect for any breed of puppy or a small to medium size adult dog. I would recommend them to anyone that cares about their dog

We love the dog bowls, especially our new pup. Easy to keep clean and we can feel good about their safety. We got the stands for our indoor bowls but have the bowls we use for outside on their own without any problems. I'd actually like to see mixing bowls like these for human use in the kitchen! Well made! We are very pleased with the products and service.

All we ordered was a couple of stainless bowls but the owner went the extra step if including a personalized letter. That is not something you get much these days so it's nice to support a company that provides that level of service.

I am happy to have found a well-made stainless steel bowl crafted by a small US business that tests for lead and mercury. Shipping was super fast and packaged with care. Thanks for a nice experience!

very high quality products . a true step above Petco etc. on the items that Basis Pets offers. would buy from them again. Jim

Finally found stainless steel dog dishes made in the US but goofed and ordered the wrong size. Mike took care of everything so all I had to do was go to special link I was emailed, pay for the correct larger size bowls, print out the return mailing label, tape up the box and give it to the postal service. It was so convenient - have never had such an easy experience in returning an item.

I recently adopted a puppy. I wanted new food bowls, since the ones I had were too big. I searched online for stainless steel bowls. Turned out the ones I had from Petco were recalled because they were radioactive! Yikes! I went to return them to Petco and got the run-around, but finally got my refund. I found BasisPet on-line and liked what I saw. They use high quality steel and then test it for purity. I ordered a small and medium bowl and the holders for each. The website stated 100% customer satisfaction or they would even pay for the return shipping? No runaorund like Petco. The bowls arrived within two days from the East Coast, (I live in California) and they were everything I hoped for. I sent an email to the owner to find out if I could use Cascade detergent and he got back to me right away. I feel really good patronizing small businesses that are employing people domestically. If you want to buy a set of bowls for your dog's life, these are it.
