Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

I needed stainless steel bowls for my 2 cats that would not be harmful to their health and these are just perfect. The quality of service I received from Basis Pet was fantastic. I would recommend Basis Pet to all pet owners.

The bowl is made in the USA, and the order came with an information sheet on the use and care of the bowl. The Basis Pet company owner stands behind his products 100% and even provides his contact information in case a buyer is not satisfied with a purchase. I am extremely happy with my purchase and trust the Basis Pet stainless steel bowl for my pets. My pets love it too.

I bought one bowl with the stand. The customer service was amazing, so much so that i did not hesitate to buy the second bowl. You deal directly with the owner, he does everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with his product and service.

We're very impressed with Basis Pet's products. Shipping was quick, and it's obvious they care about providing great customer service. Would definitely buy from again.

Very impressed with shipping time, bowls worth the price. You will love them!

I ordered a dog bone, for my Shiba Inu, and received it in 3 working days. When it came my Emma, was up on her hind legs trying to see what it was. As soon as I opened it and she smelled it, she immediately took it, and ran to the backyard, where she spent 3 hours chewing away happily. So I will definitely order more. Thank you for your great service.

Love the bowls. All items were the same as shown in the pictures. Our bulldog approves, Thanks!

The small bowls are the perfect size for cats and very well made. Delivery was prompt. Very satisfied all around with my purchase.
