Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

best stainless steel bowls on the market for pets. Product is just as described on site and product was received quickly after placing order.

When my senior dog began having liver and kidney issues, I wanted to take all precautions to insure that he was not being poisoned by the food bowls made cheaply - out of the United States. I found the Basis Pet website and ordered 6 new bowls for my dogs after determining these were quality products AND made in the USA. While this may not be the cure for my senior dog's health issues, I can eliminate one possible source of his discomfort - the same for my other 2 dogs as well. PLUS I received the products in a very timely manner.

Products and service from Basis Pet are excellent. Their pet food bowls are the only ones I use. I feel I can trust the safety of their materials and their manufacturing process. And the bowl stands are taller than any others I found. I have highly recommended this company to friends.

I have some ideas on how to elevate the bowls using the same components . Cameron

The bowls are a great sturdy weight. The stands are fine for my older less food crazy dog. My puppy is able to move his bowl out of the stand especially when trying to get every last morsel. I definitely recommend buying from thus company.

Fantastic customer service and product! The dog bowls are beautifully made and look great. I needed to order a different size and Mike was very kind and exchanged them without any hassle. It was a pleasure working with him and I recommend this to all pet owners who want to have a safe, sustainable product for their beloved pet.

I have two dogs, one is a small retriever and the other is a PUG. I purchased one large bowl they share for water, a medium for the retriever and a small for the Pug. They are the perfect size for the portions they eat. Plus the small bowl is wide so the pug has no problem getting to his food. I also recommend the bases to keep the bowls in place when the dogs are eating. Additionally, the bowls are solidly made - you can feel it when you pick them up, especially when comparing them to some cheaper bowls made in China. They remind me of a good set of mixing bowls. Basis Pet was very easy to order from and I had my order within a couple of days. I highly recommend them.

The bowls and stands from Basis Pets are a bit more costly than those you can get from the large pet retailers, but are well worth the price in terms of quality, functionality and appearance. Even better, my order has shipped quickly (and was packed very carefully) every time! My pups also love the elk horn slices - one of their favorite chews! I love buying an American-made, quality product from a trusted source.
