Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

Arrived promptly and well packed. Nicely made. Came with a full guarentee letter by the owner and extensive use and care info. Looking forward to using the bowls and stand.

I received a personal letter from the owner with a guarantee that I would be satisfied with the product or he would replace/refund/make it right. I was initially hesitant to spend that much money on dog bowls but feel good about my decision after receiving such a good faith document and knowing the quality of the product.

Fast shipping, amazing customer service, and love the products!

Upfront; outstanding quality and service; and a commendable regard for American business sustainability, the environment, and animal wellbeing/health--that is Basis Pet.

In November 2014 I purchased a double 11.5 inch feeder and bowls. It is perfect and best of all feeder and bowls are made in the USA. Customer service is great!

I really love the stainless steel dog bowls that I bought from Basis Pet. The bowls seem very durable and the stands are well designed and fun to put together. There are a million dog bowls out there, and I feel great knowing that I bought a high quality product for my dogs that I can trust because it was crafted by an American small business!

I have a 14 lb Jack Russell Terrier and bought these bowls for her food. I use glass bowls for her water. The bowls are just the right size and when she eats, she eats the kibble one by one instead of gulping them. She gets them out of the bowl easy and there is no mess under any lip or anywhere where the food could get lodged under. The bowls are excellent and they clean up very easily. I love them and my little girl does too! The company is excellent and I received my order exactly as described. I believe I received it earlier then expected. GREAT BOWL!

I try to buy USA made products whenever I can and if they cost a bit more, so be it. I was especially happy when I came across Basis Pet during my search for dog bowls made in the USA, and even happier when they were located in Vermont! The stainless steel dog bowls and bowl holders are of excellent quality, and the shipping was fast with excellent communication throughout the whole process.
