Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

I found this merchant online. I was tired of shopping at big box retailers filled with products from China and India. I wanted something made in the USA, something unique, and a well made reliable product. I discovered Basis Pet online. This company uses top of the line materials and backs their products without question. I am very impressed with the craftsmanship of my purchase. My lab, Landry, loves her new feeding station, which was personalized. This is a great shop with the best products!

Very pleased with the quality of this bowl and superior to those in Petco etc. Also bought the plastic stand which works well and stops the bowl being pushed around the room. Very efficient service and shipping.

Purchased bowls and small stand online and order came very quickly. Great quality and love that it is USA made. My dog loves the product and it is perfect for raw feeding. Would order again in the future.

Love that this is all made in the USA! Thank you for making a product that I can trust will not harm my dog! Love Basis Pet!! Incredible quality and great design. Love the fun colors too!

I really liked the American made aspect and the quality of the stainless steel convinced me to purchase. Unsure of the size, I ordered the medium size dog bowls. They arrived promptly however were too small. My husband contacted the company since we wanted to exchange them for the large bowls. The same day they sent an email with a customized link that showed the previous order and the new one. We submitted payment for the difference and the large bowls were on their way with a pre-paid return postage label for the medium bowls!!! WOW - What more can I say! Oh the dogs love their new bowls :-)

I ordered my large bowls and holder no more than a week or so ago and so far I couldn't be happier! Everything looks and feels like top quality.....hope it lasts. Brad

Basis Pet exceeded my expectations! The stainless steel bowls and rise holders are beautifully made and in the USA! Mike, the owner personally communicated with me throughout the selection process! My pets are happy with their new bowls and I love the quality! I love this company and highly recommend Basis Pete! Thanks Mike for all your help! My 3 Jack Russels thank you too!! 🐺🐺🐺

We ordered the stainless steel dog food bowls, and they are terrific! Not only are they beautiful (not easy to do with stainless steel), they are the perfect size, which I was able to assess easily based on the pictures available on the website. The website is very user friendly and beautiful. And the service was also awesome! The bowls came within a week, very well packaged. I will definitely order more (or all) items from Basis pet!!
