Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

I became concerned about the quality of stainless steel when I read about a random test that was conducted on large shipments of stainless steel pet bowls being sold at a big box store. The tests detected low levels of radioactive material and lead. During my research I discovered Basis Pet and learned that they take extra steps to ensure their stainless steel bowls are made from non-radioactive and lead free metal. Not only are the bowls safe...they're durable, beautiful, and made in the USA. Thank you, Basis Pet!

Ordered several stainless steel cat bowls for our two cats. Very well made and the cats love them. Basis also delivered very quickly. I plan to go to them for other pet supplies.

I bought the wrong size stand and contacting basis pet for an exchange was a breeze. The entire process was very easy. The quality of the bowls are quite fantastic. The best quality I have ever seen. A great store I look forward to ordering from again!

This company is by far one of the best I have communicated with. The owner is caring and understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for healthy pet bowls =)

The best stainless steel pet bowls you can find! Ships quick, good customer service!

Well made, intriguing design, and the cats love the dog bowls! Need I say more? I will be back to buy the cats their own bowls!

Very high quality dishes. I purchased 2 low profile small cat dishes. They were shipped out quickly and well protected. Mike, the owner, responded quickly to my email. Very easy to clean. They look and feel great. Thank you!!

Love that they are made in the USA. Hoping for a sale so I can purchase more bowls for my dogs water bowls.
