“I own a 200-year-old farmhouse with a stone foundation, and I was really worried about the integrity of the structure. After reading some bad reviews about other companies damaging stone foundations, I chose Basement Waterproofing Specialists. They are a 4th generation family owned company.I was so glad I did—they were professional, thorough, and really took the time to protect my home. My basement is finally dry, and I feel confident . I would highly recommend them in every way! Price✅ Professionalism✅ Quality✅ And a lifetime of the structure warranty that is transferable✅✅ Thank you. Mark HB Homes LLC

I have been employed with this company for over 15 years. Each individual at this company brings so much to the table and are happy to help each other and our customers. They are not just coworkers but family.

A customer had a question about the install. The job had started, and was in progress. To make certain that all of the questions, and possible unknowns, got answered, the Quality Control and Inspector both went out. The homeowner was so thankful for the extra attention they were given. The install continued and the homeowner got a dry healthy basement.

I have been with BWS since 2009 and am so lucky to have the most dedicated caring people working with me ever imaginable. The company does treat all their customers like family and everyone that works here is "Family to all!"

My experience with the service department at Basement Waterproofing Specialists has been absolutely outstanding. Every person I interacted with was helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to taking care of me. They communicated clearly, explained everything in detail, and made the entire process stressfree. It’s rare to find a team that is not only knowledgeable but also kind, attentive, and truly invested in their customers. I can’t thank them enough for their support. Highly recommend!

BWS is a wonderful, family owned and operated company that helps those with waterproofing and other issues in PA, NJ, and DE. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area with water issues in their basement, crawlspace, or yard, mold issues, or foundation issues.

One of the standout things about these guys is how thorough and professional they are from the very start. When I called for an estimate, they scheduled an inspection within a few days. Free. I like the sound of that! Unlike some other companies I had come to the house that give ne a quick once-over and a vague quote, their team did a full assessment, checking moisture levels, looking for hidden mold, and explaining exactly what was happening in my basement. After they finished, I was honestly shocked at the difference. The musty smell was completely gone, thank god, and the walls and floors looked brand new. They even walked me through everything they did and gave me pro tips to keep mold from coming back. Overall, 5 stars!

I had a huge problem with my cellar flooding. I searched out estimates, and most of them were incredibly expensive, but more than that, it really seemed like most of the compaines just wanted to get in, get out, and put in a generic fix for the problem. Well, if im gonna spend thousands on a service, i want somethign that actually fixes the problem NOT something that's just easy for the company. I had basement waterproofing specialists come out. their bid was on the high side of average, but the guys were super thorough, and explained step by step what they would do to fix the problem... and it was a lot different than the others. it was detailed and specific. The crew was respectful of my stuff, and my property. They worked pretty fast, considering it was a huge job. It's been over 7 months and ive had ZERO water in my basement. I 100% recommend these guys.
