Just a great improving experience, tutors are just fine, you can follow your own plan or Baselang’s. Materials are well done and the flashcard app can be a great help

Super easy to book classes with a native speakers from a variety of countries. Almost every instructor I've had has been fun and engaging. I appreciate the consistent lessons across instructors, and the premade flashcards are super helpful. If you're serious about learning Spanish, sign up for BaseLang

I paused my account and they raised the price when I resumed a month or so later.

Vanessa was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable with her, I appreciate all her knowledge on BaseLang and ways to improve my Spanish.

The entire website needs an overhaul. It's design is about 10 years out of date. Navigating the website could be more intuitive. Only being allowed to "like" instructors every week is medieval. And, only being able to "like" a max of 3 instructors is very limiting as once selected you can schedule the instructor more days in advance. The quality of instructors varies greatly -- from very good to not so much.

The ability to book class last minute is really helpful for me. I don't have a fixed schedule so the flexibility is very important.

I have gotten so much out of Baselang's services. It is great to be able to schedule a lesson either a few days in advance or within an hour of the class starting, and to schedule as many classes as you want. No matter your frequency of use of Baselang, the $179 monthly for unlimited classes is extremely reasonable. The professors have been very friendly, professional, and helpful. There are so many resources for learning and expanding your Spanish knowledge within the site. I have a long way to go before I am totally fluent but Baselang is definitely getting me closer.

Sergio welcomed me into the program. It was a pleasant half hour experience.
