Paid for one day shipping. Item did not arrive in one day. Called to express my unhappiness with this situation and was told that I would be able to get a refund for the one day shipping price but still had to pay for the regular shipping. I said this was fine but after checking my bank statement a couple of weeks late, I noticed that I had not received a refund. Called again and this time was told that I would not get any refund for shipping, even though I had been told on the phone I would, because I had placed my order on a Thursday night. The one day shipping charge applied to being delivered on a Monday! I believe this is fraudulent and dishonest with a complete lack of customer service. I will never order from this company again! I paid $24.95 for one day shipping!! I was told on the phone if I wanted it to be delivered on Saturday the shipping charge for that would have been $30 some dollars!
