not to savy on computer, they have no access for their rebate form so i call thier 1800 heck no number,being hard of hearing nand a bangladesh thank you very much accent.i ask for someone that actually speaks english,after reluctace the man finally agrees,then tells me i will have to wait again for someone else or use him. personaly i took that as a threat. 50 years i have used bars leak, NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Although the product did not help as I would have thought, the companies return policy is what gives them 5 stars. I don't expect all products to be a magic fix, so its a gamble as a consumer one is willing to take. Since one of the recent products purchased had a money back guarantee, I'd figure I wouldn't have anything to lose in contacting them. The process was simple and even was given courtesy updates. Something most institutions/companies hardly ever do these days if there is a problem or discpency. I took some time afterward but ended up with my money back and a few free bees. Companies like this that stick to their word are worth supporting. Thank you!

Major mistake using BARS COOLING SYSTEM TREATMENT.. Installed new radiator in ford explorer. installed tablets as instructed being proactive. Tablets never dissolved as advertised. Product became like mud, clogging system, creating overheating problem. Flushed system three times, still couldn't get rid of if. Finally had to replace radiator again. Total cost of approx. 500.00 including aggravation. It was a disaster and very costly for me. To add insult to injury, the owner of Bars contacted me and offered $50 to recant my reviews..
