The "seaglass" ornament arrived as a painted wooden cutout with very small "sparkles" of glass on the egdges Very 😞 disappointed

Received my great-granddaughters bracelet will not order from this company again. Ordered with her name which you cannot see and her birthstone which was not even on the bracelet you can barely see the butterfly

I placed an order and mistakenly put an incorrect apartment number, I immediately messaged them and asked if they could update that before shipping. Customer service, Vicky to be exact, message me back and told me they would update the apartment number before shipping it out. Once the item shipped, I realized there wasn't even an apartment number listed. I messaged back to advise of this and the amount of disrespect I was met with was unacceptable. This was a gift for my son's new engagement and I will never order from this company again. Be aware.

The pictures show a very large banner and their sizes/ measurements are misleading, poor quality

Using GOFo to delivery package and customer service on phone not telling me anything where package is or where I can pick it up while chickens clucking all around her... Barods HAS NOT given me any updates.... thinking this is nothing more than a FRAUDULENT COMPANY! BY next Friday... asking for full refund and reverse payment. Worst companies EVER!!!!

Happy with how the print turned out but very disappointed with the unprofessional packaging, canvas wrapped around a piece of foam then in a plastic delivery pouch, canvas is all wrinkled and hopefully I can fix it as it’s for a birthday present next week and no time for a new one. Should have gone with a different company that we used for a different design that came delivered in a solid tube which kept it protected

I still have not received my order. I was never emailed a confirmation number. I emailed them so I can find out where my order is and have not heard back.
