I bought two Barks no more and they're useless. Then I get a bill for $40 for continued training. Which I canceled immediately . That was not mentioned at the time of purchase. Is a scam. Do not buy

If I could give Barks Mo More a zero, I would. My dog does not hear or respond when I press the button on I or II. I know it’s supposed to work, because the light goes on. When I contacted the company, I was told I could return any UNUSED items for a $8.95 processing fee!! No thank you. I’ve wasted enough money on a worthless piece of trash!!

I researched the product and found 3 or 4 (appeared to be) reputable reviews for the barksnomore training tool, all with high ratings. HOWEVER, my barksnomore ordering experience is absolutely THE WORST ONLINE ORDERING EXPERIENCE I have ever had in my 65 years, 45 of which I have worked with computers, and 40 of which I have had daily with HOURS of web experience. We live in a rural community and order online from many sources, OFTEN. The BARKSNOMORE website gives you the option to buy 1, 2, or more. I chose to buy 2 as we have 2 dogs in need of bark control. I also chose to pay with our PayPal account and this is when the nightmare order experience began..... There were no less than 3 HUGE pop-up windows that came up after I selected my paypal payment option, ALL wanting to sell me additional product without benefit of description of product - simply a picture and product name - the one I remember details one, which came up twice - 'splash and spray collar' - a 3x4" red box that only gave me the option to buy their supposed wonderful, one-time offer - no 'X' to close the box, no link to decline the offer readily apparent, so, I 'backed out' of the page with the back arrow button at the top left of every webpage, was back at what appeared to be my original order page, this one also with a huge buy-offer box for the splash collar, only I noticed an obscure 'decline the offer' response link now, well below and outside of that box and clicked on it, expecting to be taken to a webpage to review my order and the proposed shipping charges, before confirming the purchase, as this is standard practice on EVERY OTHER ordering website I've ever utilized (literally thousands of them). But what really happened? I got a message following my declination of their self-described fabulous offer of product I neither needed or wanted, which informed me in a big BLUE box, that my paypal purchase had been declined. WHAT?!! This is something else I've never experienced. So I immediately went to my paypal account to make sure it was 'okay' and ..... Found that I had been charged for TWO SEPARATE ORDERS of 2 collars by barkbox - NEITHER OF WHICH WERE AUTHORIZED PURCHASES BY ME. I IMMEDIATELY FILED A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL who contacted Barkbox.com that same day regarding the duplicate and unauthorized purchases. Barkbox apparently has not responded to them and my email trail indicates the collars supposedly shipped the next day. The final cost for my purchases $80.02 x 2. Looks like we are out $160.04. I do believe I am bookmarking Trustpilot for review of product sites unfamiliar to me from now on.

I order this and it does nothing to my dog. I emailed them and received an email that someone would contact me. Nothing from them so I email again. Several days later I emailed for the 3rd time!

I press the button whenever my dogs bark and neither one of them stops. I can tell they can hear it but they aren't phased by it. They just keep barking. I'm following the training instructions but it's not helping. Super disappointed with this device.

Like multiple other reviewers, I ordered one and received and was charged for three.I've tried to contact them without success and plan to return them all. A SCAM to say the least.

Wish I had read all the reviews here before ordering. Everything you say is true. Only wanted 1 sent 2 and billed. Can not reach anyone for help. Also Does Not Work. Tried on 3 different breeds of dogs. Stuck with them too!

I just received this product and it does not work! The ultrasonic "sound" is hardly audible. I am trying to contact the company to find out how to return and get a refund, but I am not hopeful after reading all of these reviews!
