The company should be put out of business. Charged me for items not ordered. Charged for 'credit authorization'. Offered a refund, but never posted to my account. Have reported this company and transaction to my credit card company.

This company knows how to stay in business. I have emailed them numerous times including half an hour after making the purchase, and several times after that. I ordered their product forgetting we already have 2 Barks No More that didn't work on my dogs. All I can say is Buyer's beware.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Items were added to the order that were not ordered. Cancellation of the order was not honored, even though it was canceled within the prescribed time frame. Now they want me to pay to return the items, and they will not refund original shipping costs - for items that weren't ordered! This is a total scam. They also charged me sales tax when we live in Oregon where there is no sales tax! The customer service sucks - they have canned responses and don't answer the questions that are asked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This product does not work at all. No indication that the dog even hears it. Tried it on 3 different dog. The ears did not even twitch. Contacted then two different times to start a return. They still have never replied to me. NIw it is conveniently past my 30 days. 50 bucks down the drain.

This product is such a scam. Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work both our dogs just look at it. Don’t have any reaction to it at all and don’t stop barking truly a poor product.

I ordered and received, one and received 3 devises??? When I tried to use it over several days, all it does is attract my dog to the light, and then continues to bark at every animal that crossed the driveway or on TV. I emailed asking to return the 2 additional devices and explained it doesn't work. The response was to tell me to give my dog treats instead. Nothing on my request to return to 2 extras. Now they will not respond.

This device does not work as promised. Customer service is no existent. Very disappointed. Don't buy this product!!!

I received the barksnomore Mar 15 does not work as advertised, after several emails I'm only getting 50% of purchase price back. I would have had better luck going to a casino
